Nice accessory, functional accessory. Inexpensive. Fits snugly on the Nikon D300s but not on the Nikon D90, with a small gap exposed on the latter. Makes dust and water attacks a thing of the past when mounted under the Nikon SB-900. In fact, I have been researching on the actual weak points of the camera and has embarked on a mini project to safeguard water tight integrity for the Nikon D300s. From the purchasing of stronger weather-resistant lens to all available Nikon accessory to bulletproof the camera, its all been done.

Remember my various articles on weather-resistant Nikon lenses on my Nikon D90 blog…well, I will be expanding on it this time round on the D300s blog. So stay cool, we will cover it all here. Ever since the WG-AS2 has been purchased, it has not been removed ever since under my SB-900. Excellent, very professional looking piece of gear that makes the camera looks much stronger too!
